Please review the registration requirements and deadlines below before registering. 

Due to the COVID CDC community high transmission levels in the Dayton area and Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Charlie at WPAFB, DOD protocols require we implement safety measures, specifically:

1a. Upon arrival at registration, ALL attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID 19, or

1b. In-person attendees who are not fully vaccinated, or who decline to provide information about their vaccination status, must show proof of a negative FDA approved or authorized COVID-19 test completed no earlier than 72 hours prior to the start of WDI/LCID

2.  Proof of negative COVID tests must be provided in writing (electronic proof acceptable)

3.  There will be no exceptions

4. Masks will be required to be worn at all times for all in attendance, in accordance with CDC guidance (exception: masks are not required while eating or drinking).

  General Information & Requirements

  • Attire: Military- Uniform of the Day (UOD)

  •              Civilian- Business or Business Casual


  • U.S. Citizenship:  You must be a U.S. Citizen to attend this event. Green Card holders are NOT eligible to attend. The only acceptable documents include U.S. passport or raised seal birth certificate with government-issued photo ID. *A driver's license alone does not prove citizenship. An AFRL "blue badge" is also an acceptable proof of citizenship.

    Need-to-Know:  This is a Distribution-C, U.S. Government and Contractors Only event.  Industry attendees must submit a Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) certified DD2345 Form.  You will need a copy of this form and the certification number from the form to fill out the registration form. For more information, please visit the DLIS website

    AFRL Technical Directorate  One-on-One Meeting: One-on-One technical discussion meetings are available to meet with AFRL Tech Directors, Core Technical Competencies (CTC) leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) during the event.  ONE on ONE MEETINGS ARE NOW FULL

    AFRL Senior Leadership Meet-and-Greet meeting: Meet-and-Greet meetings can be requested with AFRL Senior Leadership (Commander and/or Executive Director) regarding general topics at your request. MEET-and-GREET REQUESTS ARE NOW FULL

    Classified Session:  You must possess an active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance to attend the classified sessions on Wednesday 8/10.  Classified session will take place at Wright-Patterson AFB. If you select this option on registration, you will be sent further instructions on how to submit your visit request. CLASSIFIED SESSION NOW FULL


  • Important Deadlines

    • Requesting a one-on-one meeting with AFRL Directorate Leadership and SMEs – MEETINGS FULL
    • Requesting to attend the Classified session – July 22
    • Online registration closes – Aug 4 at noon EST (or when capacity is reached)

  Registration Fees

  • AFRL Civilian and Military: Cost covered by HQ training account (optional $30/day fee for food and beverage - days 1 and 2 only; on your own for day 3)
  • Federal Government Civilian and Military: $100 training fee (optional $30/day fee for food and beverage - days 1 and 2 only; on your own for day 3)
  • Industry/academia- WDI only - $595 (includes food and beverage - days 1 and 2 only; on your own for day 3)
  • Industry/academia- WDI and LCID - $990 (includes food and beverage - days 1 through 4; day 5 on your own)
