  General Information

  • U.S. Citizenship:  You must be a U.S. Citizen to attend this event. Green Card holders are NOT eligible to attend. 

    Need-to-Know:  This is a Distribution-C, U.S. Government and Contractors Only event.  Industry attendees must submit a Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) certified DD2345 Form.  You will need a copy of this form and the certification number from the form to fill out the registration form.

    AFRL Technical Directorate  One-on-One Meeting: One-on-One technical discussion meetings are available to meet with AFRL Tech Directors, Core Technical Competencies (CTC) leads, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) during the event.  The focus of these 15-minute one-on-one meetings is to discuss a specific technical area within a CTC.  You will be able to select from available timeslots during registration; register early to reserve a time.

    AFRL Senior Leadership Meet-and-Greet meeting: Meet-and-Greet meetings can be requested with AFRL Senior Leadership (Commander and/or Executive Director) regarding general topics at your request.  You will be required to provide names, attendee biographies, company profile, and a short description of the meeting topic.  Topics such as a company/personnel introduction and overall AFRL directions discussions are typical.  AFRL leadership will review your request and they will contact you directly to schedule a meeting. One meeting per company.  Timeslots available are limited.

    Classified Session:  You must possess an active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance to attend the classified sessions on Wednesday 8/10.  Classified session will take place at Wright-Patterson AFB.

    • Requesting a one-on-one meeting with AFRL Directorate Leadership and SMEs – July 22
    • Requesting to attend the Classified session – July 29
    • Online registration closes – Aug 4 (or when capacity is reached)

  Registration Fees

  • AFRL Civilian and Military: Cost covered by HQ training account (optional $30/day fee for food and beverage - days 1 and 2 only; on your own for day 3)
  • Federal Government Civilian and Military: $100 training fee (optional $30/day fee for food and beverage - days 1 and 2 only; on your own for day 3)
  • Industry/academia- WDI only - $595 (includes food and beverage - days 1 and 2 only; on your own for day 3)
  • Industry/academia- WDI and LCID - $990 (includes food and beverage - days 1 through 4; day 5 on your own)
