LCID and WDI Exhibits

Once again in 2024 is a LCID/WDI combined exhibit hall. This space will feature exhibits from industry and government and will be the central location for all breaks, meals and networking.

The exhibit hall will be available to attendees of both conferences for the entire week. Book your space today and reach two audiences for the price of one!

*When you enter the above link to apply for exhibit booth space, you will need to click on "new exhibitor" on the bottom right of the screen. You will then be prompted to create a profile and then apply for booth space. After your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the event organizers, and you will be issued a confirmation with final location assignment within 5 business days. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. 

Early Bird 10'x10' Booth Space Cost: $2,150.00 if purchased before 8 April 2024

10'x10' Booth Space Cost: $2,350.00 if purchased after 8 April 2024

    Exhibitor set up

    Monday 29 July 

    8am to 11am Exhibit Set Up

    11:30am to 7:00pm (LCID attendee reception from 5:00-7:00pm)

    LCID Sessions take place from 1pm to 5pm

    Tuesday 30 July

    7am to 5pm 

    LCID Sessions take place from 8am to 5pm

    Wednesday 31 July
    7am to 7pm (WDI attendee reception from 5-7 pm)

    WDI Sessions take place from 8am to 5pm

    Thursday 1 Aug

    7am to 5pm (exhibitor tear down can begin at 5pm)

    WDI Sessions take place from 8am to 5pm

    Friday 2 Aug

    Confirmation of your booth space number(s) assigned will be emailed to you from the exhibit manager within 5 business days. 

    *Registrant must meet security requirements for WDI. Instructions will be sent on how to register attendee after event registration opens. Exhibit staff personnel passes are for exhibit hall only for the purpose of staffing booth space. The holders of these passes will be unable to attend any conference sessions.
