WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
We are committed to fostering the growth of the science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine (STEMM) workforce in our region.
We support workforce development initiatives and STEMM education through the DaytonDefense Educational Foundation, an all-volunteer 501 3C charitable organization. DaytonDefense Educational Foundation provides scholarships, program support, fundraising, and outreach activities to local STEMM students, helping to build the workforce of our future.
