You’re invited to a virtual event featuring the Air Force’s principle scientific authority on autonomy and Autonomy Capability Team (ACT3) lead, Dr. Steve Rogers. This event is co-hosted by DaytonDefense and Dayton Development Coalition. 

Dr. Steve “Cap” Rogers is the Senior Scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory where he serves as the Air Force’s principle scientific authority for Autonomy.  Dr. Rogers leads the AFRL Autonomy Capability Team (ACT3) in the rapid advancement of autonomy R&D. Dr. Rogers’ research focuses on creating a conscious computer, QuEST.  After retiring from active duty in the Air Force, Dr. Rogers founded a company for developing practical applications of advanced information processing techniques for medical products.  The company invented the world’s most accurate computer aided detection system for breast cancer.  He has over 150 technical publications and 20 patents.
