Randall “Randy” B. Parker is the Director and Senior Civil Engineer, Detachment 6, AFIMSC, forward located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He leads 36 personnel in liaising with Headquarters, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) supporting and advocating for AFMC Installation Commanders’ critical installation and mission support requirements, ensuring timely and responsive delivery of capabilities to a $55 billion physical plant including eight bases, three geographically separated units, and five Air Force plants supporting 90 thousand personnel.
