Col. Maurizio D. Calabrese is the Commander, National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. NASIC is the Air Force analysis center for foreign air, space and specialized intelligence.

He is responsible for operating the $2.1 billion center with its four groups, four directorates and 18 squadrons. Managing an annual budget of more than $507 million, he leads nearly 4,100 personnel providing a broad range of integrated, tailored assessments, products and services to joint operational forces, national policymakers and the acquisition community.

Prior to his current position, Colonel Calabrese was the commander of the 544th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado.
